How should I measure my head for a Swytchit?
Measuring for a Swytchit requires specific measurements. Using a seamstress tape measure, complete the following measurements. You are responsible for the cap size you ultimately order.

What's in the box?
Your custom Swytchit is packaged with care and expected to arrive securely in our branded packaging inside the courier's shipping carton. The Swytchit's knots are bleached and hairs are plucked with 2 inches of lace available for you to cut for your hairline.
How should I care for my Swytchit daily?
Place your Swytchit on a mannequin head (styrofoam) or hang on a wig hanger when not being worn.
We suggest keeping your Swytchit dry unless being styled by a professional. It is also suggested that you do not sleep in your Swytchit. Maintain your Swytchit with products from our recommended products list found inside the packaging. This is the recommended practice if you do not intend to have it professionally washed and restyled by a hairstylist.
Since a Swytchit is made from raw hair, it should be treated with great care. You should keep in mind that if you wear your Swytchit frequently, it will attract the same kinds of pollutants as your natural hair. It is for this reason that you should ensure that the Swytchit is cleaned, styled, and stored properly.
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
Every Swytchit is custom made. This includes construction by a professional wig seamstress; cut, color, and styling by a cosmetology professional.
You can expect to receive an email notification when your purchase has been shipped. Please allow 14-28 days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
We ship on Wednesdays of every week and do not ship on weekends or holidays.
If my package has been lost or stolen, how do I obtain a refund?
Swytchit will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products. We perform a thorough quality check on all Swytchit units before they are shipped. Your Swytchit has been handled with care.
Should you need to file a claim, it must be filed directly with the carrier (i.e. UPS or FedX).
Can I return a Swytchit for a refund?
All Swytchit sales are final sale due to their customization. If there is a material defect, please contact Swytchit at hello@swytchit.com to discuss options. You should also review our Refund Policy which is on the website.
The Swytchit must be unworn with all tags and original packaging as part of any remedy that may be considered and/or offered. You may also be asked to provide a video. We take videos and photos of every Swytchit before it is shipped.
How long will my Swytchit last?
All Swytchits are made from raw hair and are expected to last 4-5 years with proper care and maintenance.
What is raw hair?
It is unprocessed human hair that has not been chemically treated. All Swytchit's are made from raw hair.
